Who we are
I'm Jaime T. Odister, Founder and Principal Consultant of TYME Consulting Unlimited.
For over 20 years, I've worked across quality assurance, operational excellence, business development, and early childhood education — inside provider organizations, technical assistance intermediaries, and statewide contracts across Michigan's ECE ecosystem. That range taught me something most consultants miss: the strategy that works on paper often falls apart in practice because it skips the trust-building that makes real change possible.
That's why TYME operates on the T3 Framework — Truth, Trust, Transparency.
It's not a slogan. It's the actual sequence I use with every client:
Truth — an honest, sometimes uncomfortable look at where the organization really stands.
Trust — building the internal alignment and external relationships needed to act on that truth.
Transparency — clear, consistent communication that keeps the work honest as it scales.
I hold a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach/Speaker/Facilitator credential and DISC Consultant/Trainer certification, an MS in Administration (Information Resource Management), and a BS in Integrated Information Technology. I also serve as Board Treasurer for the Kendrick Ballard Group, a Detroit-based nonprofit, so the governance and budget guidance I offer clients comes from my work in that role, not just theory.
TYME primarily serves two communities: nonprofits navigating growth, governance, and funding complexity, and micro-corporations/small business organizations working through quality improvement, funding structures like Tri-Share, and workforce challenges.
Recent work includes a strategic advisory engagement with SEMCA, supporting grassroots organizations with founder-focused communications, growth strategy, and grant writing. If that isn’t enough, I’m a constant learner, and I am an active participant in the TRUST TSP Detroit Cohort through Black Innovation Alliance × Traffic Sales & Profit.

TYME Consulting Unlimited was built on a simple belief: organizations grow best when they operate in Truth, Trust, and Transparency — the T3 Framework. After 20+ years working across quality assurance, operational excellence, business development, and early childhood education, I founded TYME to bring that same rigor to the nonprofits and micro-corporations doing some of the most important, under-resourced work in our communities.
This isn't off-the-shelf consulting language. It's a framework built from two decades in the field — inside classrooms, boardrooms, and statewide contracts — applied directly to the challenges facing your organization today.
